Crotalus towards the end of his first moult.
Crotalus prove to be a wild shama. He always sings and is very active. Even after keeping so long, he still remains wild but a very bold bird tha is not afraid to sing even though it behaves like a newly caught bird. Below are a few pictures of him.

videos of Ceras before 2nd moult
No doubt his tail.reached about 11 plus inches. His form never really came. He happens to be just a beautiful bird which would display for a short while. Though he was aggressive when young, he proved to be quite a stunner and a friendly bird that responds well to human contact.
Did I do something wrong. Maybe. Probably something went.wrong during his.moult. Anyway, here are some videos within a span of few months.
Ceras after his moult
ceras proved to be like what he was supposed to be. A long gene shama. As I was hoping his tails would reach more than 10 inches, it actually exceeded 11. To be sure, I had to catch him out but of cos, that is something I did not want to do. He moulted by Jan 2012. In fact it was considered late. Anyway, below are some.pictures of him.
